Sonu Sood reveals he is NOT in talking terms with Kangana Ranaut; says, “It’s her foolishness, she is…”

Kangana Ranaut and Sonu Sood feud began 5-year-ago when the Fateh actor abruptly quit Kangana’s Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi. Their fallout had a lasting impression on their relationship. Recently, Sonu Sood revealed that he is not in talking term with Kangana Ranaut.

Sonu Sood talks about her bond with Kangana Ranaut

Sonu opened up about his equation with Kangana. Speaking to Shubhankar Mishra, he said, “I left Manikarnika also because Kangana is my friend. We are not on talking terms right now, but I have been very close with her family – her mother, father and sister meet me very lovingly. I have a rule in life that if I have ever been close to someone or friends with them, more or less, if I have a problem, I will never speak against them”.

He further added, “People can say whatever they want, but I will never say anything against them. I might feel upset thinking, ‘This person was a good friend and said such things’. I feel that it’s her foolishness, she is not a bad person. But sometimes, when you write or say things, you don’t actually think it through. I might have also gone through this and done things out of being naive. However, there is no regret. It’s her own thinking, I prefer not to pay heed by answering.”

Sonu Sood was also questioned if he was offerend another film by Kangana. He stated he hasn’t and they have never spoken post Manikarnika.

On the work front, Sonu Sood is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Fateh with Jacqueliene Fernandez. It is directed by Sonu Sood and produced by Umesh KR Bansal under Zee Studios and Sonali Sood of Shakti Sagar Productions, with Ajay Dhama as co-producer. Fateh is slated for a grand release on 10th January 2025.

On the other hand, Kangana Ranaut upcoming is Emergency. She will be playing the role of Indira Gandhi in the film. It will be directed by Kangana and produced by Zee Entertainment.
